"퍼햅스 러브 Perhaps Love" 는 존 덴버가 작곡했는데, 흥미롭게도 존 덴버가 부인과 별거중인 첫번째 부인 애니 마텔에게 보낸 것이라고 한다. (1968년 결혼했지만 결국 1982년 이혼).

이 곡은 플라시도 도밍고와 존 덴버가 듀엣으로 불러 도밍고의 앨범 "퍼햅스 러브"에 수록되었다. 이 곡은 1982년  U.S. Adult Contemporary chart 에서 22위, Billboard Hot 100 in 1982 에서 59위를 하는 기록을 세웠다.

토크쇼에서 이야기를 하고 직접 기타로 반주하며 퍼햅스 러브를 혼자 부른다.
