아이맥 osx 10.15 에서 유튜브 동영상을 다운 받는 방법

Digiarty 사의 유튜브 동영상 다운로더를 광고보면서 사용하고 있다.

 

하나 받을 때마다 무료 버전은 광고가 뜨는데 유료 구입할지 고민중.

코비드-19 팬데믹으로 화상회의, 온라인교육이 늘어나자 갑자기 주목받은 회사 줌 비디오 커뮤니케이션즈. 시스코에서 나중에 인수한 웹ex 에서 일하다가, 시스코에서 비디오 컨퍼런싱 앱 개발에 소극적이자 퇴사하여 창업한 에릭 유안(袁征)이 CEO 다. 그의 이야기는 이미 비지니스 잡지의 성공 스토리로 기사화된 적 있다. 사실 코로나-19로 사용자가 급격히 늘어나지 않았다면 그의 성공은 지금보다는 작았을지 모른다.

줌을 화상회의에 사용해 보니 2020년 초창기 몇가지 보안 이슈가 발생하였다. 당시 지적되었던 양방 암호화, 서버의 위치 등은 회사가 해결해줄 문제였지만 그런 이슈가 제기되자마자 나는 줌 앱을 모두 지우고, 계정을 삭제한 바 있다. 하지만 더 쉽고 편한 해결책이 없는 가운데 많은 사람들이 계속 사용하였고, 줌 비디오 커뮤니케이션 사도 나름대로 발빠른 대응조치를 취하고 있다.  (2020년 7월 현재, 양방향 암호화는 적용되었다고 한다.)

결국 다시 사용할까? 그럼 사용자들도 조심해야할 것이 많다. 다음은 시넷에서 줌 사용자들에게 요청한 보안 관련 주의사항이다.

 

1. 회의마다 비밀번호 설정. PASSWORD PROTECT YOUR MEETINGS
개인계정, 각 회의세션마다 패스워드를 설정한다. "Settings" > "Require a password when scheduling new meetings"

2. 확실한 사용자들만 회의에 참여. AUTHENTICATE USERS
로그인 한 사용자들만 회의에 참석 가능하도록 한다.

3. 회의주관자가 제일 먼저 회의 참석. JOIN BEFORE HOST
세팅에서 회의 주재자보다 먼저 회의에 들어올 수 없게 한다. 

4. 참석자가 다 들어오면 회의 합류 차단. LOCK DOWN YOUR MEETING
모든 참석자가 다 세션에 들어 오자마자 더 이상 회의에 합류하지 못하게 한다. "Manage Participants" > "More," > "lock" 

5. 참가자들의 스크린 쉐어링 차단. TURN OFF PARTICIPANT SCREEN SHARING
No- from new "Security" tab in active sessions. 

6. 회의 아이디는 랜덤 생성. USE A RANDOMLY-GENERATED ID

7. 먼저 온 사람들은 대기방으로. USE WAITING ROOMS
The Waiting Room feature is a way to screen participants before they are allowed to enter a meeting. 

8. 줌으로 파일 공유는 하지 않는다. AVOID FILE SHARING
Be careful with the file-haring feature of meetings, especially if users that you don't recognize are sending content across, as it may be malicious. Instead, share material using a trusted service such as Box or Google Drive.

9. 수상쩍은 참가자 강제 추방 기능. REMOVE NUISANCE ATTENDEES
If you find that someone is disrupting a meeting, you can kick them out under the "Participants" tab. Hover over the name, click "More," and remove them. You can also make sure they cannot rejoin by disabling "Allow Removed Participants to Rejoin" under the "Settings: Meetings - Basic" tab.

10. 항상 최신 번전으로 업데이트. CHECK FOR UPDATES

파이어폭스, 크롬, 오페라 웹브라우져에서 사용할 수 있는 YouTube 영상 다운로드 플럭인.

웹브라우져 툴바와 유튜브 페이지의 '공유' 버튼 옆에 'Download' 버튼이 추가된다.
화면을 켜놓고 기다리면 원하는 형식의 파일로 선택해서 다운로드 할 수 있다.

스노레퍼드(맥 오에스 10.6)에는 퀵타임 플레어어가 버젼 10이들어있다. 이 버젼은 퀵타임 프로로 업그레이드하는 옵션이 아직 들어가 있지 않다. 그럼 뭐가 enhance됬다는 건지ㅜㅜ


그렇다면 퀵타임 프로는 오직 7 버젼만 가능한데..
이 프로그램은 대체 어디 있는가?


스노레퍼드의 설치 DVD에서 옵션으로 설치하면
applications > utilites > 폴더에 들어가 있다.

3. Select the QuickTime 7 option and click Continue.
4. QuickTime Player 7 will be installed in your Utilities folder.

If you have QuickTime 7 installed, Snow Leopard handles the division of labor for you, using QuickTime X when it can and QuickTime 7 when it needs to.

If you don't already have QuickTime 7 installed, then the first time you try to do something that requires it -- such as play a video that needs a non-standard codec, for example -- Snow Leopard will ask if you want to install it.

How to Install QuickTime Pro Manually on Snow Leopard

In fact, if you have a valid Pro license on a Mac you update to Snow Leopard, QuickTime 7 should be installed automatically with the Pro features enabled.

If you need to manually enter your QuickTime 7 Pro registration code:

1. Open QuickTime Player 7.
2. Click the QuickTime Player 7 menu and choose Registration.
3. Enter your QuickTime 7 Pro registration code.

맥북에서 WinTV PVR2를 이용하여 케이블 테레비젼 방송을 보려하니
다시 MyTV/X를 설치해야 했다.
그러나 호빠지(Hauppauge) 홈페이지에서 프로그램을 찾아보니
회사가 Eskape Labs를 인수합병하면서 버젼넘버들이 섞이고
프로그램 이름도 섞인듯 하다. 홈페이지 상으로는 4.0.8이 최신 버젼.

인터넷 구글 검색으로 다운 받은 것이 3.6.6 버젼.
CD-MYPVR-V1.3-betaLOI.dmg 이다.
예전 기록을 보면 더 나중 버젼을 설치하기도 했었던 것 같은데 일단 화면은 볼 수 있다.
그래도 설치하고 나니 4.0.8 버젼으로 인식되어 있다.

리얼 플레이어로 웹의 동영상을 다운 받을 수 있다. 리얼 플레이어 패키지와 함께 설치되는, 혹는 따로 수동설치 가능한 리얼플레이어 다운로더라는 프로그램이 그것.

리얼 플레이어의 windows 폴더에서 열고, 플래시 파일은 movies>realplayer downloads 폴더에 저장된다.

 

이번에는 gettube 라는 소프트웨어


동영상 페이지를 보고 있는 상태에서 이 프로그램을 실행하면 된다.

This service allows you convert a Flash Video / FLV file (YouTube's videos,etc) to MPEG4 (AVI/MOV/MP4/MP3/3GP) file online. It is using a compressed domain transcoder technology (outline in Japanese). It converts FLV to MPEG4 faster and less lossy than a typical transcoder.

When you submit a URL, it will download and convert to the video format, and then you can download the converted file.

To record video directly into iMovie:


If your computer doesn’t come with a built-in iSight camera, connect a FireWire-equipped web camera or camcorder.


Click the “Camera Import” button to open the Import window.



Choose the camera you want to use from the Import From pop-up menu.


Click Capture.


Choose the disk where you want to store the video from the Save To pop-up menu.

You can choose any supported hard disk that’s connected to your computer. Make sure your disk has enough available storage space for the video you’re recording. The amount of free space on each available disk is shown in parentheses next to the disk’s name in the pop-up menu.


To create a new Event, type a name for it (for example, “Birthday Party”) in the “Create new Event” field. To add the recorded video to an existing Event, choose its name from the pop-up menu.


When you’re ready to begin recording, click OK.

The camera begins recording immediately.


When you want to stop recording, click Stop.

A new video clip is created and the thumbnail images are generated. You can start and stop as often as you like. Each time you start and stop the camera, you must click OK to add the next clip to the same Event, or select a different Event, or type the name for a new Event.


When you’re finished recording, click Done.

맥에서 비디오를 보려면 여러가지 방법이있다.
가령 VLC, mplayer, perian, ...이중에는 토종 한국 개발품도 있지만
무난한 소프트웨어가 엠플레이어 아닌가 한다.
GPL로 오픈되어 있어서 사용하기도 편리하고
많은 사람들이 계속 업데이트 해주고 있고...

다만 애플 리모트로 보기에는 조금 떨어지지만 그때야 말로 페리안 등을 활용해야 할 듯.

일단 유튜브의 동영상을 다운받고, 설정에서 아이튠즈 비디오로 변환하도록 해주면 다운받은 후 아이튠즈 동영상으로 변환하여 아이튠즈에 영화 목록에 저장된다.
이때 페리안 프로그램이 설치되어 있어야 한다. 만약 설치되어 있지 않았다면 페리안을 설치하라는 경고창이 나타난다.

이제 Apple TV로 영화 렌털이 가능하다.


standard definition(SD)는 $2.99, high definition은 $3.99. (신작은 일 달러씩 더 비싸고.) 다운로드된 영화는 한달간 애플TV 에 저장되어 또 볼 수 있다가 날자가 지나면 저절로 지워진다. 만약 DVD를 원한다면 곧장 아마존으로 연동되어 가격할인까지 해주는 서비스가 있다면 더욱 좋겠다.

어느 영화사가 참가했나 봤더니

플래시 파일을 퀵타임으로 변환할 것이 아니라
직접 볼 수 있게 해준다.

ㄱ. 사파리에서 플래시 파일을 플레이
ㄴ. 액티비티 에서 플래시 get video 파일을 찾는다.
(일반적으로 가장 사이즈가 큰 녀석)
ㄷ. 사파리 다운로드 윈도우를 열어 복사하면 자동 다운로드
ㄹ.  get video라는 이름으로 다운받은 녀석을 .flv로 끝나게 이름 변환
ㅁ.  퀵타임 플레이어로 이 파일 열면 오케이.
